Cool Learning Small ball

Hello all, its been along time since i posted but here i go again. This is certainly about small ball. I know that small ball is mainly played in position but, is there a certain range of hands that i should play in position or it really doesn't matter. I know on the video on you tube Daniel says to play all kinds of hands in ep,mp, and lp. If anyone can help me i will like that alot. Your Forum member Anthony C

Basically you play the vast majority of your hands. The hands you don't play are the 27off, 39. You just play all hands that can flop big, hands like 74suited, 63, 56, 85, as well as pairs and big cards.

If you want more information buy his book, it contains all the information you really need 2 no about how to play small ball properly.

the jist of small ball is that you play more hands by raising just enough to force one or both blinds to call. then you want to either flop a big hand, or use your position to figure out whether you can take it down on the flop with a c-bet or later streets.

that's what i've taken from it.

you also need to remember to paly like this the stacks need to be deep. having Short stacks does not make playing these cards profitable
