I feel like I'm derailing a thread by going back to the main point of the thread, lol. Anyways, I've over-analyzed this situation between Howard and Tom. I've concluded no matter what we try to learn from it, it was just gambling. Howard is never going to play AA, KK like that, Tom is never going to play AA, KK like that. Tom had a plan I believe of making a move at a ton of interesting flops. I think he changed his mind post flop and realized Howard knows this too. I think they were putting each other on JJ,1010 ish hands and that is why Tom shut down.

I truly believe if Howard had the desire to play more of these games, he'd suprise alot of people in a good way.

Two odd things I noticed preflop. Durr's 4bet only doubled Howard's 3bet, didn't it? Also... didn't the 4bet put 1/2 of Howard's chips in the pot.

I was really amazed that neither of them put any more money in the pot on turn or river. I think Howard is pretty pot commited if it was 1/2 of his stack and he should of pulled stop/go on flop if he would of check/called the flop anyway.

I also think if Durr doesn't pair his 8 on turn then he take stab at pot.
