The Jess And BJ Show
Rather than visiting the forums directly, I actually went to the main PokerRoad front page (okay, I clicked the wrong bookmark). I see the Jess and BJ Show on the front page and under the PokerTV menu... is this now a permanent part of PokerRoad?
I sure hope so. PokerRoad needed a shot in the arm. Between this and the new PRR episode (Kara Scott and Joe Cheong), that's two needle tracks.

If WPT and PR have partnered, can we now expect a podcast from more venues? some of the best episodes have come from the likes of foxwoods

Kind of... We will not be travelling to all the WPT events but will hit as many as we can and then do a reduced schedule of remote shows from those events we are unable to attend.

What's the over/under on how long Jess would survive in direct sunlight?
Anyway I agree with BJ that you can't void a bet just because some juju master is using his influence to affect the result.

That sounds like a great plan.

Yeah, props to PokerRoad for this partnership. I noticed Stapes gave a live read to the WPT and ClubWPT on the most recent PRR episode, so I assume this is a sign of things to come. Having such an established entity behind should drive interest back to this site.
Furthermore, Stapes engaged the crew in a nice discussion of the Travis Makar situation in that PRR show and stated his intentions to talk about other poker hot topics on PRR now that The Poker Beat is no longer.
Hopefully, these developments will help silence those who dare say PokerRoad is anything but alive and well. Great job to all of you.

This is very much needed.
I used to check Pokerroad daily to see if there was new content. Now I barely visit (other than the forums). Ideally I'd like to see content updated on a regular day (ei formerly Pokerbeat on Thursdays. 2 Jacks Wed etc.), hopefully this is a start in that direction.
Somehow the well being of PokerRoad has become important to me, even tho I have no stake in it.
