Default Mookman5 on The Rabbit Hunt, Ep 38

Mookman5, expert on the UB scandal, joined us this week to discuss the new developments on UB. He was a great guy to talk to and very informative in terms of making sense of the Travis Makar interview on DDR. Excellent interview imo, but of course I'm biased considering I conducted it =P.

So if you're interested in the opinions of one of the most well-informed and well-spoken individuals on this topic, make sure to check it out!

This UB thing is beginning to blossom again and it could give fuel to those in the Senate to use as an arguement for not legalizing On Line poker.

Also I heard from someone during the LAPC WPT Invitational there is some BIG changes coming down the pipe for UB/AP where they may be bought out and evryone affiliated with them will be gone..players to... but I cannot say how legit the comment I heard was or the source.

I just don't know why this guy doesnt put all his cards on the table and show the Poker world what really happened. I don't think theres a Law Enforcement agency in the world who has jurisdiction over this. Although the American players involved could be investigated by the US Treasury Dept for tax invasion.

Not gonna lie that's been a slight worry of mine as well, even if this scandal is equally a reason for regulation.

Seeing as UB/AP was bought out only 6 months ago I kind of doubt seeing it happening again soon. Then again, maybe Blanca Gaming never realized how toxic this "asset" was gonna be.

Finally, my money is Travis isn't being 100% honest about his intentions. An info dump after being fed up for covering someone makes sense, this does not. Methinks there is another level to this that no one is currently addressing.

mark on one hand i REALLY hope your wrong but think there is a great chance your correct here. And if it is, its not going to be good for online poker at all.
