Yeah, I get the impression that a few people missed out on this one. And I'll be honest, my work schedule was such that I wasn't as aggressive about putting out the word as I was for the Full Tilt one. (Brian Lemke, on the other hand, seemed to have a Facebook status update every other day.)

So I've sent $560 to Temple and PokerStars has since sent the $560 to me. The transaction is essentially complete, once I complete a cashout of some kind (which I still don't really know how to do).
