Default Poker Training Sites

So I've noticed stoxpoker has taken a beating lately (they lost almost every coach I liked, and their other ones are being accused of cheating left and right), and with my subscription running out in the coming weeks I'm probably just going to let it lapse.

I'm just curious about this; what (if any) poker training sites have you all taken a look at, or, if you choose the free route, do you learn the game via forums and just playing? I know some might not have the money for it but its not crushing my bankroll to give it a whirl and try out some of their ideas, and it has at least turned me from a losing player to a breakeven player (its something).

I just joined Deuces Cracked this week and I'm really enjoying it. Never been a member or paid for any other training sites. I went ahead and did the 1 year plan, they have over 5,000 videos that are anywhere from 45-90 minutes long. There is a really nice Video Guide available at DC Video Guide (Updated - Sept 2009 with links!) : Research & Development! : Poker Forums at DeucesCracked.com

Anyway, you can watch the videos from the web, and it includes a note taking option along with an easy place underneath to ask questions of the instructors. You can download the videos in MP4 for WMV format, and there are also quite a few of the videos that have an ipod friendly version (those that are one table and/or theory videos). I actually bought a 1TB external HD and I'm going to try downloading all of the videos so that I'll have a long term library. The MP4 version makes it easy to plug the external HD into the PS3 and play them on a regular TV. Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions.

While I haven't utilized any of the training sites I have heard great things about DeucesCracked as well.

And they have a ton of instructors in a variety of game disciplines, so it's not all just hold em stuff.

They and Cardrunners and GrinderSchool have all donated memberships for our upcoming Poker Charity Tournament, in case you want to try and win one first.

Shows you how in the loop I am. I'll do it just for the charity.

Speaking of charity...you wouldnt happen to be hiring any programmers any time soon, eh?

Yea I've heard good things about Deuces Cracked as well. Dragthebar has gotten a lot of attention (a lot of coaches moved from other sites to that one), but I guess its still a little new to be on many people's radars.

BUMP!

I'm going to be investing in Deuces Cracked in a week or so. (and I'm going w/ the year plan)
but I was wondering how much CardRunners charges for their "Gold" membership for a year as well? **(CR has no price list for this)

edit- I just found it, it's $99.99 sign up fee plus $27.99 a month, so $127.98 to sign up for the first month

Definitely going w/ deuces cracked!!
