Default I'm trying to like Tiffany... But just can't

1st off let me say I always love seeing females doing good in poker and on tv. I just can't get over that I feel Tiffany is bad role model for female poker players. I think her cheering for other girls to be knocked out so she was last one was pretty lame. After seeing her antics on tv tonight just lost what respect I had left for her. SPOILER***** And her calling time in that huge hand was so out of line. Plus when is 50bb short stacked?

I'm completely with you on this. In Shronk's WSOP thread I mentioned how big of d*ck move it was to call the clock on Snead.

She's cute I'll give her that, but that's about all. Her antics are a little over the top. Maybe she gets it from sporting a UltimateBet patch on her hat and talking a little too much to PH? The female form of PH possibly?

Default Welp it's offical: Tiffany michelle's a Dbag

Seriously, Calling the Clock someone who's on an 11 million dollar pot, when you have 50 big blinds? And eating Greasy food without having consideration for other people? What was she trying to prove by acting like that? Is she trying to be the Female Phil Hellmuth?

I was willing to forgive the running to see other women knocked out, but come'on, you don't call the clock on someone with 11 million on the line. That's dickery beyond dickery.

She had napkins at the table, the other players commenting about it at table were just trying to tilt her.

However, even though she has the right to call a clock, have to agree it's really bad etiquette to call a clock in that situation.

Calling the clock when:

A. you're not even in the hand

B. its a huge pot DEEP in the biggest tournament of the year

C. when the poor guy wasn't even taking that long

Is such a crappy thing to do. She really showed her true colors on the broadcast tonight. I can't stand her. It was bad enough on previous episodes, but tonight took the cake. I hope she gets sued by poker news for selling out to UB, and I hope she bubbles every tournament she plays from now on!

Way to gain a lot of fans Tif!

napkins do not help with greasy foods. Oil is harder to remove the solid material. Unless they were Hand sanitizers the napkins are mostly show.

I watched tonight's episode with some poker buddies and I about jumped out of my chair and smashed the wide screen when TM called the clock. So out of line considering how much was at stake, not to mention the fact she wasn't even in the hand.

Her 15 minutes of fame are ticking away and I can't say it makes me happy because I truly would like to see a female that non poker playing females can identify with go deep in this tourney so as to expand the player pool.

I believe Tiff failed in this regard.

Default Tiffany Definitely NOT Good for Poker

Wow! I can't believe how poorly she comes off in the broadcasts. I really want to like her but I just can't do it.

Not only does she seem to have no class by rooting for other women to get knocked out and seeming to be quite full of herself but to call a clock in that situation is totally inexcusable.

All this plus commenting about that kid taking 5 seconds to act on his hand. Seriously, 5 seconds? I prefer people playing fast but as long as it's within 5 seconds I can't see how someone could have an issue. Would she have treated Chris Ferguson the same way?

Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. Count me in the Tiffany Michelle hater club. I think it's great she decided to let UB be her sponsor. I think they deserve each other.

...but look at the big picture. Imagine if she made the November 9 or heaven forbid, won the event.

There's ~45% of the human population not in the poker mix. Imagine taking a seat at your local casino and there's 8 Tiffany Michelle's all sitting there shuffling their chips.
