News: Tapie Lawyer: "Positive progress has been made."

"Positive progress has been made..." I love passive-voice lawyerspeak. As for the comment about the outstanding loans, Dayanim's use of the word "recalcitrant" almost narrows it down to one person. Great word.

lol, yeah - I make SURE to use his exact phrasing on quotes b/c he chooses words very carefully.

In this case, I imagine The Professor is yelling at Matusow, who acts like a kid, for being a recalcitrant prick. (At least, that's who I THINK the holdout is.)

Just read your blog on Epic Poker... your best work yet. Of course, it helps to get to voice an opinion rather than report a nugget of crafted information. Very fair and at the same time cautious not to downshift into hysteria and hyperbole like some poker fans (ahem, NVG).
