I like how this "beer joke" thread has devolved (evolved maybe) into a "what's your favorite beer?" thread
While you can't go wrong with a Guinness or Stella, I'm going to throw some love to the Oregon brewery, Rogue. They make a Chocolate Stout that is sublime.

If you can find it anywhere besides upstate NY, Cascazilla (Ithaca Beer Company) is THE mack daddy beer.
