PokerTableRatings reveals that Cereus Poker (AP/UB) is using non-standard encryption, revealing a security issue where hole cards, passwords and other info could be hacked.
Douglas Rennick, a payment processor out of Canada, pleads guilty to processing offshore bets.
The PPA and several House representatives file a petition to Geithner and Bernanke to exclude poker and other peer to peer games from the UIGEA

I also wonder if Elena Kagan will surface as a topic. Although I admit a) she has a very loose connection to poker, and b) it's still early to even speculate at what effect she could have, assuming she gets confirmed.

IMO, it's similar to those that hoped Obama would help get the UIGEA repealed because he's played poker.

Be interested to hear their take on this, if only because since this whole situation is in my wheelhouse...and we haven't had proper UB rage lately.
