I wonder if they will have Layne on as a Guest. He did a great job on Gary's wisehandpoker Radio show last night.
There have been many a Poker Player with problems in the past. The Mouth actually did time for it a few years ago and it was not that big of a deal to Poker fans and Mike was arrested for a Felony. There is alot of GRAY area in Laynes arrest.
I think Laynes answer was a little weak on the Russ Hamilton issue and I would like to hear more about that. I mean he said, he didn't know a whole lot about the charges or the issue.
I like Layne, but he was once an Ultimate Bet sponsored player and how could you not know whats going on in the on-line community as a Pro player, it was the talk at all the tournaments amongst pro's.
Good for Vanessa in this male chauvanistic profession....She is actually a wonderful person...
But who am I to say.. My good friend Gary Wise told me I am just an amateur player and this is why the Poker Community does not have a lot of respect for what I say. Gary is absolutely right and I agree with him 100%. The Poker Community is wrong though, Jeff Madsen was an amateur a few years ago until he won big at the WSOP. Jamie Gold was an Amateur as was Jerry Yang.
My point is, you have to be an amateur before you become a pro.
I have a career, and in a few years God willing I may have a nice win under my belt. I am doing everything I can to win one, not for anyone else, just for me!
I will then remember those who were supportive of me in my poker infancy. I will always be thankful to gary, he gave me the opportunity to blog at his site for the past two years and I am so very grateful. Also when gary talks Poker, I listen he knows.

You gotta give credit to Annie Duke. She talks a lot, that maybe irritating to some, but as a poker fan I think she really promotes the game very well. Smart as hell, no question, if hell is smart.

I really have to say (we all think it) Huff is a true professional, and not a league minimum riding the pine professional....I'm talking Hall of Famer as a Radio host......not a "poker radio host" not a "podcast radio host" A HALL OF FAME RADIO HOST.
You've come a long way since the OG Circuit days. (this isn't something I just realized, but rather reminded of it today while listening to this live stream)

I'll have to listen to the podcast of today's episode to listen to what I said about Huck's run of cashing five straight years in the NBC Heads-Up.
What I *thought* I said was that I didn't give a lot of credit for cashing in this event for four straight years. But when you do it five times, reaching the "Final Four" three times -- *that* I respect the hell out of.
I probably said it in the most confusing way possible if both Huff and Parvis thought I was trying to disregard Huck's achievement. My bad!

If I had to go to deserted island I would have sex with Huff. This makes sense.
