Hi,
Hard to get an answer in the appropriate forum so i'll try an angle...
Wouldn't the sudden disappearance of beloved Poker Radio Show AllStrategy be worthy of being discussed on The Poker Beat?

Yes it would be, but I don't think its the end of all Strategy yet. Daniel has some personal issues in his life more important and there are other Professional Players out there that can come on and do a good job also if PR wanted to go that way.

Couldn't get to the show until today, another great one fellas. Good to have to BJ back.
I agree that the better players play in the WPT. It ties in with Gary's thoughts on Europe just being behind in years of experience.
Huff's rant near the end about UB and wrestling, while a slight bit exaggerated, is the kind of logic that had me thinking about opening a UB account for all the potential fish. The UB association with wrestling is also an indication that Annie goes far on the apprentice. Donald has had an association with Vince McMahon, and the WWE for over 20 years, and on the very last affliction ppv, Trump was one of the big sponsors for the Emilianenko fight, and had his mug in the camera a few times.

No doubt Trump has favorites, you could see the agony in him when he let Dennis go this week. He didn't want to either because of ratings or he was a fan of Dennis....

didn't annie already leak that she was in the final showdown? I thought this was common knowledge. That or she was trolling, because she was pretty clear about claiming to have gone down to the final show. I think it was either 2+2 or PocketFives podcast. It might have been her UB podcast on Rounders Radio but I thought it was one of the other 2.

Trump's firings on that show are almost completely random and illogical. Are you telling me he didn't know Khloe had a DUI A YEAR BEFORE THE DAMN SHOW?! And he fires TBoz for sticking up for her buddy? And he fired Tom Green basically because he couldn't control Dennis. SO WHY NOT FIRE DENNIS?! It's just psychotic.

I'm a little behind on these shows, but I just wanted to comment on the Ultimate Bet/UFC drama.
As a fan of both, I'd rather see Full Tilt in there than Ultimate bet, just because of the **** UB has pulled in the past, but as for Scott's comments regarding MMA and it's fans in general, I respect your ability to not like the sport. But it would probably be better if you used actual arguments instead of relating to negative stereotypes about the sport. Especially on the same episode of a show when you complain about negative stereotypes about poker players.

Damn good point! How did we all completely miss this when we recorded the show?
Though Scott was probably completely aware of this little paradox, and was doing it on purpose to make a meta-point, wondering if any of his guests on the show would even notice.

I love this. Now start using the email so I can actually read this and argue with you about it on air.
