Default PRR: April 15th Fallout Show

Hey guys, I am hosting an episode of PokerRoad Radio in a couple of hours with BJ Nemeth and Gary Wise.

Post any questions you have about what has happened today and I'll try to get to the most relevant ones I can during the show and get insights from BJ and Gary.

Are the reports true that all the indicted sites will be down worldwide?

Even if that is not the case, would you recommend withdrawing ALL of your funds from the affected sites NOW?

BTW, I am Canadian and could withdraw all my funds to Moneybookers.

In the indictment, do 4 people own part of Full Tilt, PokerStars, and AP (Cereus)?
Loosely related to this... any recommendations for U.S. players to get their money off the sites? Request a cashout NOW and hope for the best? Arrange for a transfer/Paypal trade with a non-American?

Actually, anyone is welcome to answer these, not just the show hosts. I can't possibly be the only person curious about it.

Sebok has taken alot of heat on 2+2 and I was wondering how he feels about sticking to his guns and remaining with UB.It's the only site I can play on right now.

imo---

I honestly don't see how any transactions that haven't been approved, processed, deposited/cashed, and cleared are going to happen. The accounts that these funds are coming from have been seized, when the transactions get to their account for verification of funds they simply won't be there, even if every other step has gone smooth, and regardless of when the transaction was initiated.

Thanks for doing this guys. I'll be tuning in for sure. Cashing out options is the #1 topic i'm interested in. Any news, interviews, or anything we can do to fight this would also be appreciated.

Also, please rag on the PPA for being completly ineffective.

I would use neteller as the appropriate example of what has happened in the past. If you have money in any of these sites, its likely to be yours eventually...it just might take a loooonnnnng time.

Here's my question: Let's take the long view of all this. Does this actually help poker if the DoJ gets its way and shuts down the sites permanently?

Yeah, that's what I figured... people have had trouble with cashouts and bounced checks before today. So I assume our next course of action is to sit tight and see what shakes out? Or try to make some kind of trade (even for a price) with a non-American?

exactly, I'm working under the assumption that I'm just going to have to sit on that money until FT get's it worked out with the DOJ on repaying their customers. As Dwan said earlier, I'm just glad it's on a reputable site that will eventually do the right thing.

I think so, the public outrage and big players ( in the industry ) locked out of the game will hopefully help focus the efforts.
