I am so very very sad.. Shronk was the one who introduced me to the forums and the PR Radio.. I cant thank him enough for turning me onto this group and family, its so sad, i just got a reply back on twitter from him just the other day.. he was in hospital and then on his way out.. joking about his waller and clothes missing..

This is truly tragic news. The guy was one of the funniest people in this community, as well as one of the most helpful. He will be greatly missed.

My prayers and sympathy goes to his family and loved ones.

this ****ing sucks so much. i stayed with shronk for 2 weeks during last years series after having never met him in person before that, and he let me hang out inside the ropes every day at the prr booth and he was such a great guy.

Truly Tragic, I was, and am beyond saddened with this news. Shronk was truly a great person, and he will be missed dearly by both the poker community, as well as his friends and family.

Big props to Gavin for taking the mic at bellagio and getting a moment of silence for our fallen brother. I think it's a nice tribute. The poker industry owes Shronk a debt of gratitude for all that he did to promote the game we love.
