talked to ashley at Temple, we could really use more donations folks, to build on the fantastic start Lemke gave us, Remember we pledged to try to match Lemkes gift!

I was hoping to make a reminder before the holidays set in and everyone's funds get committed to travel and gifts, etc. good time of year to give, remember all is tax deductable.

I can't remember... was someone looking into doing a charity tournament on Full Tilt or Stars? I recall people talking about it, with some snags coming about because we didn't have an established charity.

But now that there is an actual account set up at what is surely considered a legitimate charity (i.e. a major public university), I wonder if that would make things easier to facilitate.

All the talk on the most recent The Poker Beat made me think it's worth revisiting this idea. Even something simple -- like a $10+$10 type of thing -- could help boost this fund if we get enough players.
