Default Feedback

We have had the rakeback site up for a while now and I would like to put a call out for feedback from anyone that has signed up through us, or has considered it but hasn't done so for whatever reason.

Let us know what you like, don't like, don't understand or think could be better.

More sites are coming, but feel free to hit us with which particular sites you would like added in here too.

Thanks,

Court

*** And to anyone who has asked me about rakeback on FTP... Sorry for not getting back to all of you individually, I'm pretty sure I lost some PM's in the last couple of weeks before I responded, but requests have been sent in (and denied by FTP) for each one. We are happy to continue trying but currently my suggestion for anyone interested is to consider playing on a different site where you don't already have an account. Their rules about who they will retag for rakeback are almost impossible for anyone to meet. Basically you had to sign up for rakeback but not deposit within a certain time period to where you timed out of getting rakeback to be eligible to get it after the fact (as best I understand it, which isn't all that well).

I still don't understand why you would want to play there.

Around the time of the Seebs Twitter tourney, I pm'ed with Court about getting rakeback on a UB account that was about a month old. I was playing mostly on Stars, but with the Seebs connection & tourneys, etc. I thought I would give rakeback a try. I was told it would be looked into within a day or two, that there was a good chance I could still get rakeback, but I never received a response. I let it go because I really wasn't much of a fan of UB, particularly the software, and went back to playing on Stars.

Long story short ... I finally bust my account on Stars so I decide to sign up for Full Tilt with PokerRoad rakeback. I follow instructions, clear cookies, jump through hoops, yada yada and, now a few days later, I get an email saying that they were unable to "retag" my FT account to PokerRoad so, hey, forget about FT rakeback try Cake or something else. No thanks. Sucks because I like FT's client.

Guess I'm back to Stars and no rakeback. There's always Supernova. Not.

Edit:
My apologies ... I now see Court's PS about FT probs and the retag nonsense. OK, screw them. Maybe I'll give Cake (Doyle's Room) a freebie trial run and see if there software is OK and to my personal liking and how it runs with HEM.

Hey Tiger -- you said you created your Full Tilt Poker account through PokerRoad Rakebacks links, etc? You should have been linked with us if that was the case. PM me your screen name and I'll look into it.

Nick

i'd use it if they allowed retro rakebacks. All the sites I can play at, I have had accounts with long before the rackback site opened up.

Just send PM as requested. Thanks.

Yes, I got there through a previously created PR rakeback account, followed links, but cleared cookies as instructed, etc. No bueno.
