UB Rakeback

Alright, I did it... I went to check out UB in it's new form. I also kind of wanted a new site, and rakeback. I signed up via rakeback.com and I made an initial deposit of $10.00 to check out the software and stuff. I was told that I had to call this number, and contact this department and do this live chat... eventually, when I got thru, I had no record of deposit, yet I had $10 in my account "complimentary".

I was playing a sit n go one night, and upon attempting a chat comment, a disclaimer came up saying that, "only those who deposit can comment here"... I thought I had deposited, and my $10 had gone thru, maybe? (but then found no bank record, yet still had $10 in my UB acct)... regardless of BS... Well, I put another $20 on tonight, and the whole process was different.. this time, I got confirmation w/ out Live Chat, or any phone calls... My $20 is good and thru and confirmed.

Basic question... since I signed up via Rakeback.com, I played a little via "complimentary" deposit, and have now gotten a "confirmed" deposit... will rakeback, etc. still be in effect?

I haven't really played up enough to warrant it, but I am close to 100 "ultimatepoints" from a few sessions and am kinda liking things and plan on sticking around for a bit.

Do I just wait for rakeback or what? Never done it before and just curious as to how exactly it ends up working.

Yeah, played w/out it on FT for quite some time... finally decided to branch accts a little.

I just went to rakeback.com and looked at my account and it told me I wasn't in any rakeback deals, yet I started the account via the link on their site. Im logged in and all, I put the code given to me in. Hadn't checked it really.. I have only been on occasionally, and I guess I should have looked better, but wtf?

I used the site.. DLed from the site, put whatever code in, and checked it out... yet it says my account isn't rakeback? I have an account on rakeback, and UB, and it seems neither are linked together... yet I used one to get the other. What do I do?

I also realize that UB may not be in the PR.com rakeback program... but, this being PR.. I thought I may ask to see if anyone knew what I should do, or what I did wrong. Thanks again.

Since you are using a rakeback affiliate other than ours I can only give you general advice, but anyone with a similar situation using PokerRoad rakeback would contact me letting me know their concerns and then someone on our end would make sure your account was set up correctly.

My advice to you would be to find someone at the rakeback affiliate that you used that can do the same thing and have them contact the site on your (and their) behalf (the affiliate is only making money if you are linked to them and getting rakeback).
