Ordinarily, I'd be a bit skeptical about this stuff (e.g. I never understood the appeal of yoga when I was younger). But as I approach the mighty four-oh, I've found I'm having a harder time keeping up with past versions of myself in the weight room, and I've begun looking into isometrics.
