Possible starting time change for WSOP

Last year World Series events started at either Noon or 5PM. We are proposing moving them back and hour to 11 AM and 4PM starts. Play will be the same length of time, regardless of starting time. Which do you favor?

I voted for 11, because I'm from the East Coast. And my vote is contingent upon the All-American Grill starting to serve breakfast at 10, rather than the current policy of starting at 11.

I voted for keep it the same for lack of better options. An even better option IMO is to start the limit events whose participants average an age of 50 at 10 am and then start the NLHE at like 3pm (real adults wake up by 10 with no trouble, right?). I think nearly all of the players would be ok with this. I guess its not good for scheduling and maximizing table usage though, since the limit events are smaller and people bust slower they want to fill the space once with the first event, bust half the field in the first 5 hours and then start in on satellites, cash, and a small afternoon event.
