Always take one, you are a favorite to make an 8 and a massive favorite to make another 9 that you can keep later. jmonnett is really good at TDL and you don't want to be in a guessing game later on with a 9 when you get CRed (you don't want this to happen vs anyone really) - when you have a monster 7 draw you want to make a monster. Keep your 9 when you get dealt 98753. In a cash game I'd strongly consider tossing an 8 here if dealt 87642 though in a tournament I think that's slightly wrong.
