Your hand is so dead on 3rd, seems like an easy fold. Once you get to 4th things have gotten at least marginally better, I don't see how you can fold now.

This is hand is trap. What do you need to improve 762? The 5s, 4s, 3s and Aces, and that's what the board reads, as you are not going to want catch an 8(762)-bleh. Never mind you have the worst door card showing. Dodge this bullet with a fold on 3rd.
On 4th, you'd rather have a Q than that J, fold.

Nothing has improved, in fact it's worse, Qs are dead, so the Jack is no good and there's going to be a 3-bet by the T-door too often here and we are caught in the middle.

FWIW, I agree 3rd should be a fold because all of our best outs are dead.

Regardless, it's a fold. Having the case Q is about the same as having the J equity wise, I thought it was going to be a bit better since we obv cannot pair it but we are too far behind the T-door, and will likely have to pay 3-bets to continue.
