2) Why call turn and lead with 1/2 pot bet or 2/3 pot bet is worster than check-raise? and if Mike was doing so, I mean call and bet 2/3 pot if villain raises all-in, is there possibility of folding?
3) Is there any possibility of folding on turn? Because Mike was viewing villain as very solid player and thinking player.

P.S. Mike, I'm intrested of how you played hand from villain turn raise, because I see you know his hand, so you didn't consider fold?
What was your action and why?

Thank you.
Alexey
flatting the turn keeps villain's range as wide as possible. if we jam turn then he folds everything except QQ. We're checking to get value from AA/KK/44/77 and lets a busted flush/straight fire once again. If we're leading the river then our hand looks exactly like what it is and we may as well just cram the turn.
