Default (HU 5-10 cashgame hand) Turning strongish hand into bluff on the river... spew?

Ok some background:

Been playing this guy for about 3 hrs 2 tabling so have a good feel for his game. He 3b's quite a bit. Wasnt using a hud but id guess 15% of hands or so. He usually shut down after cbetting flop in 3b pots unless the turn was a really good 2 barreling card. Seems to be a decent hand reader. His ranges had been pretty polarized up until now, and id caught him just flatting in the bb with KQ, AJ type hands a lot.

I had been overbet bluffing the river a ton, and he still hadnt called any of my river bluffs. Only time he called my overbet was when i had the nuts. Had also not seem him hero call rivers at all except for one time early when he rr'd with AQ and I called with 7s. Flop TxTc2c, he bet, i call. He chk called 3/4 pot bets on blank turn and river.

Ok hand: (Sry for not converting)

????????

I hadnt seen him valuebet super light in these spots before, so I thought his vb'ing range would be something like QK+. So I guess my question is... does my line look strong enough that he'll fold out random 2 pair hands and overpairs, or should I just be calling river to bluffcatch since my hands is pretty strong? Would appreciate ur thoughts.

Thanks

It may be just me but it feels like opponent doesn't big bet bluff the river here. I feel like he/she has a big hand but the ranged doesn't include the flush. So the question is does the Villain bluff catch with over pair/top middle set? The way the hand was played and the combo of the history between you and Villain sounds to me like he/she was waiting for a trapping hand and this is it.

Sad thing is if you had the flush, I think you get paid off with it considering how much you have been beating up the Villain. But because of that statement I think you have little fold equity on the river.

First of all, i dont know what im talking about. Now that we have that out of the way...

I think that calling here might not be the best option. I feel like i would put him on AQ, AJ, KQ, or QJ for probable hands... less likely but possible are hands like AA - JJ, and less likely is complete air.
So, i think a flat call is probably not profitable in the long run. It plays out like you wanted that spade, so I still think you have some fold equity here with the reraise. If he has the A or the K of spades, he is more likely to call your bluff, but without those cards he would have to be pretty frustrated to call.
I think this is a fold-or-raise situation for me. I choose raise.

If it was me I would just flat the river, it just seems like bluffing the river is burning money because Annette's line pre, flop and turn looks like a J or a Q, I'm prettys certain that a NL1K player will snap her off with AQ and 2 pair +. Seems like KQ is a decent bluff catcher here.

That being said I have never won the WSOPE ME or won a 180 man SnG blind
