I'm only a few minutes in and I already have RWIII saying Antonius (who flops top two) wants to "push a flush draw off his hand." Also, I love the idea that anyone -- BoostedJ or otherwise -- could pick up a read of weakness from Phil Ivey.

Good lord, it gets worse. You can almost hear David Tuckman roll his eyes in the booth during that Dwan-Antonius hand.

I want one of those dancing donkeys. The commentary has always been awful for this show, its the one thing that stops it being as good as HSP.

It was hilarious how Tuckman didn't think PA could raise (lol) and RWIII thought Dwan would shove (again, LOL). They just don't have a clue.

My favourite bit was RWIII in the hand where Jetten had 66 vs the A9 and it came K92 check, check... 2 check/ check... 9 bet/ raise/ fold and he said that PA hadn't repped anything so he would have check/ called the 6s. I was stunned that on a chop board in a spot where you look weak and can easily get paid by an A or chop, that you would check when your opponent has shown no inclination to put a chip in the pot. Obviously his bet/ fold was a better line, was HILARIOUS that he didn't realise this, but then he is f***ing terrible.

Was watching ep2 and had to pause and type this after seeing his hand with Feldman. I mean I'm not gay (not that there's anything wrong with that) but i feel like I have to go fwap after watching him play poker.

EXACTLY. Williamson seemed astonished that Durrrr would "only" call. And Tuckman asked against what kind of hand PA could get value. That would have been the better question for why Dwan wouldn't shove. When I first watched it, I thought that was the point he was making. The second time around, I realized Tuckman was referring to Patrik's raise*.

There was another hand in which Ziigmund attempted a hero call with ace high against Dwan. Williamson reacted with amazement, like it was the craziest thing in the world. Robert Wiliamson, this is Tom Dwan. Tom Dwan, Robert Williamson.

Also, I mentioned this in another thread: just what the hell is Ferguson doing on this show?

*And after further review, Patrik announces his hand as if he's confident it's best. So PA knew there were weaker hands with which Durrrr could call. I'm shocked, shocked that Patrik Antonius played the hand better than David Tuckman would have.

I know right - truly incredible that one of the best players on the planet is more skilled than a commentator. I am very much looking forward to the rest of the series although it is pretty sad that it isn't Haxton or Full_Flush commentating - both are obviously WAY more insightful (both do an awesome job on Party Poker Premier League).

I'm now catching up on past episodes... very disappointed I don't get this show in the States, but thank goodness for PokerTube. I like the locale, some of the table banter is enjoyable, the production value is strong. Good show.

This is the show that had a 24-hour game, right? Also, are there any stats that show the season-by-season winners and losers?

Also, the number of references to Patrik's looks... goooose chill.

I would think you can find stats - they keep them so must be somewhere online.

I find it at random times on Fox Sports (and which each local Fox Sports, they run on their own times), usually they will run a block of these marathon style.
