Arrgh. Watching the coverage of the Bay 101 Shooting Star.

As you may recall, this was the event at which Mike Sexton made the final table, which means he gave way to Tony Dunst in handling color commentary with Vince Van Patten. Between what Dunst provides in these two episodes and what Stapes/Gobbo offer on The Big Game, it makes me yearn for new blood in the announcer's booths on the various televised poker shows. The WSOP notwithstanding, televised poker has a more savvy audience than ever before, but most shows have not kept up with that trend.

Hahaha nice.

In fact, I'm in the camp who liked Norm MacDonald, but even for that situation I'd like to have an analyst who can speak intelligently about the poker.
