Yeah, I hate to say it 'cause Jared is such a nice guy, but this has been a painful week. In my opinion, the previous worst on this show was Elizabeth Houston (also a very nice person). Maybe Leo Durocher was right in his famous quote.
Also, I wonder if Huggins is strictly an online player. Previous Loose Cannons at least claimed to have some live experience, and a few backed it up with an overall "table comfort."
Barry's answer about the LC's play was quite diplomatic, and it raised a good point. He said Huggins played like "a typical Loose Cannon" -- weak/tight early, then waiting until the end to mix it up. As a result, the LC never gets credit for a hand down the stretch.
In contrast, Gonzales Cannon splashed around early when opponents assumed he must have had strong holdings. Then when he finally got caught bluffing, he switched to a relatively solid style. I'm surprised more LCs don't employ a similar tactic, given the stereotypical table image they inevitably put forth.
