Default WSOP Day 4 Sept 6 (Hour 2)

OMG, that Berlin character at the FT tilts the F**K out of me!
'I was trapping him' Berlin calls with AK on a JTx flop when the other guy had AJ.
And then in hour 1 he told Rousso that she slowrolled Bach with AK when Bach had AA. He is a Hellmuth wannabe.
Tilting to no end. I'm so glad I'm not playing any poker while watching this. My stack would be gone. I was gonna play this afternoon, but this is gonna be in my head all day. Looks like a day off of playing poker. haha

Finally caught this over the weekend. Yeah the player with AK,was a complete tool box. At least he didn't do it at a featured table while 100's of thousands watched........wait a tic.....

I'm trying to remember from the unedited coverage if the AJ guy had been the type to keep barreling. It's possible we missed a lot of context, that Berlin's opponent had routinely fired three streets with nothing. But the guy made some comment about "putting 10,000 when behind but 150,000 when ahead" or something like that, implying he wouldn't have put in such a large river bet unless he was sure he had the best hand.

Also, from the WSOP coverage... I can't put a finger on why, but Barnhart gives me the willies.

This is certainly true (didnt get to see the live play for this action), but Berlin's reaction sure came across as poor sportsmanship for sure. He slow played his big hand, perhaps to trap the active barreller (<- new word?) but when he elects to just call it down, he shouldn't react like that when the opener played his hand very well.

Might go see if I can't find that live play on espn2 still, might be worth a watch while we wait on the Nov 9.

Yeah, I agree.

When I saw it on ESPN, I didn't mind his initial "oh, come on" type of reaction. He was genuinely surprised to see his TPTK not be the best hand. What tilted me (as it clearly did for TDoodle) was that he wouldn't shut up about it. Hellmuth wannabe is right -- only he should have ranted about the guy in the third person like the Brat does.
