Watched the "teaser" episode last week -- anything with Ali Nejad can't be all bad. The other guy (Pat O,Brien) has a very familiar voice but I can't put my finger where I've heard him.

Over all it is just another poker show but Ali Nejad gives it an edge up.

But keep this in mind -- I am an absolute poker show degenerate and will watch pretty much anything. Its a sickness, I know.

I'm not sure how old you are, but if you watched CBS Sports during the 1980s and 1990s, you've seen or heard him. I generally know O'Brien from NCAA basketball tournament coverage (I think this was mostly in the 1990s) while others recognize him from a few Summer Olympics broadcasts.

I always think of him as the in-studio anchor who sends us back to the action... sort of like Kimberly Lansing's current role on the WPT. Having him do play-by-play, well, I guess I'll have to check this out.

I have to Vote Eric seidel for the top 10 greatest calls in history. I have no clue how he calls an all in bet by chino with only a pair of 7's ! Maybe someone can explain what made him call. Cuz in my eyes thats gotta be on the top 10 best calls ever made

Or Access Hollywood Or his famous explicit voice mails (see YouTube).

Watched on part of it and O'Brien seemed new to game. If they wanted appeal to a sports audience I would have preferred Matt Vasgersian (MLB Commentator). He did NBC Head's Up (w/ Ali) during the first few years and is an excellent broadcaster.

Ali kind of saves the broadcast imo. It's pretty weak otherwise. Maybe it will grow on me.
