ESPN WSOP: Main Event Day 1c and 1d

Since they're only doing 1 hour for each of the day 1's, Daniel Negreanu and Phil Hellmuth appear to get the first hour of coverage, while Erick Lindgren and Peter Eastgate are featured, with Phil Ivey surely to be seen on one of the far away tables. Chances that they'll talk about the players locked out on 1D?
Also, with Ivey appearing in the 2nd hour, will he be the first player of the November Nine to make their appearance on ESPN?

Do we know when the Todd Witteles-Phil Hellmuth "can you see my cards" exchange took place in the timeline of the ESPN broadcast? I heard about this well after the fact, so I don't even know what day it took place.

Okay, I consider myself someone who recognizes most people they would show on televised poker, but in the segment with Lindgren and Negreanu talking about their POY bet, there are two superfast montages (perhaps two frames per face) of various players.
In the first one, we see Doyle Brunson, Erik Seidel, Greg Raymer, Huck Seed, Jeff Madsen, Jen Harman, Justin Bonomo, Mike Matusow, Phil Hellmuth, Tom McEvoy and then some guy who I couldn't place. Anyone catch who it is?
Note: all of those faces go by in about a second, so you need to use some sort of slow-mo feature on your DVR.
