DeepStacks University, one of the premier online poker training sites, has decided to take their instruction live, starting this Friday (3/12) with a one-of-a-kind, hands-on, 5 hour power poker course featuring multiple WSOP bracelet winner Mike “The Mouth” Matusow.

This first real world venture of DeepStacks’, will be held at the Pala Casino and Resort- just south of Temecula, California- and will feature 2 hours of cash game strategies from Matusow, 2 hours of tournament strategies and some real life practice, as players get the opportunity to play with Mikey himself at one of the casino’s actual tables, as he picks apart their play for their own good.

The cost of this first- of hopefully many- DeepStacks event is $295, which includes the lessons, the practice, an exclusive DeepStacks training manual and an autographed copy of Mikey's new book "Check Raising the Devil."  Players wishing to take part for even cheaper, can attempt to get in via $63 one-table satellites, which will apparently be offered at the Pala before the course begins.

Once students have soaked up all of Matusow’s knowledge at this unique 5 hour camp, they’ll be encouraged to come back to the Pala Saturday (3/13), to punish "The Mouth" for his loose lips, in the Casino’s special $150 + $20 Deep Stack Classic II event (3PM), which Matusow is scheduled to play in.
