Well...not exactly, but PokerStars did decide to ban Josh "JJ Prodigy" Field from one the biggest tournaments of the year.  You guessed it... The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.  As we all know, the infamous JJ , decided to use multiple accounts on numerous occasions, got banned from PokerStars about two years ago. PokerStars made the decision to exclude Josh from all their events, including live play. Field actually posted a public apology on one of the forums a couple weeks ago hoping people would forgive him of his bad antics.  His 18th birthday just passed and now he's ready to try his luck in live events, hopefully playing honest this time.  We won't be seeing him at the PCA, but he will definitely be playing in the Aussie Millions in Melbourne, Australia.  So I'll leave the decisions up to you guys... Do you think it's fair for this kid to be banned from live events for cheating online? Remember he was only 16 when the actual scandal went down.  Was JJ Prodigy's apology sincere or was he just trying to finagle his way into a PokerStars' live event? 

That's right friends, Chad Brown has proposed to fellow poker pro, Vanessa Rousso. Vanessa and Chad came on PokerRoad Radio on January 6, 2008, and confirmed it themselves. We didn't get all the mushy details of the proposal, but we did hear that it should be happening sometime next year between the months of August and September.  Along with the date, they did mention that it will most definitely happen in a casino of some sort since most of the people attending will be poker players. They also have to make sure to work it into the grueling poker schedule.
