In a recent press release, from the good people at Carbon Poker, new details were released regarding major changes to their software, as well as a new VIP program that attempts to reward its players with what they want most, cash.

The new software (V4.5) reportedly offers a brand new "Mini Mode" along with major overhauls to their current grid mode system- which eases use while multi-tabling.  The site also now features a $50,000 guarantee Sunday tournament which recently had a $30,000 overlay, making it currently one of the best values online.

The new VIP points program, works on a five tier system that awards points based on the amount players play.  The points can be exchanged for tournament buy-ins, merchandise in the new Carbon Poker store or just good old money once a month.  Players can also receive additional monthly cash bonuses, based on the amount they play and what tier they qualify for.
