The largest buy-in event of the PokerStars Spring Championship Of Online Poker (SCOOP) took place over the weekend, with a total 32 players paying an impressive $25,500 each for a chance at a SCOOP Heads-Up title.

According to recaps provided by the PokerStars blog, many top players including Daniel Negreanu, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier and John Duthie entered the event, but it was Benny "toweliestar" Spindler who took the top prize worth $310,000- thanks to a two-way deal struck between Spindler and runner-up Duthie.
