The crown jewel of the World Poker Tour, the $25,000 + $500 buy-in WPT World Championship, begins Saturday at the world famous Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada, and already a parade of top pros have begun arriving for their shot at what is sure to be another amazing WPT prize pool.

This year's WPT World Championship will have multiple day ones, starting chip stacks 100,000 chips deep and 90 minute blind levels; a very player friendly structure that is sure to encourage even the most nitish player to attempt the occasional bold play or outrageous bluff. 

The event will feature most of the PokerRoad family and already blogs and tweets splattered across the main page show the mobilization, as the pros begin to prepare for one of the most prestigious tournaments on the poker calendar.

The first day one of the WPT World Championship will begin at noon tomorrow, Vegas time, and will once again be covered live by the good folks of the World Poker Tour, by means of continual updates, photos, chip counts and on the scene videos starring PokerRoad's own Ms. Amanda Leatherman.
