Bonomo Wins!

Esteemed PokerRoad family member, Justin Bonomo, just took down the World Series of Poker- Circuit Caesars Palace Championship last night, and in the process pocketed $237,692, a $10,000 entry into the 2009 WSOP Main Event and a coveted gold Circuit champion ring.

Bonomo outlasted 187 players to win this Vegas $5,150 buy-in event, including numerous tough pros at the final table like Dwyte Pilgrim, Matt Graham, Men "The Master" Nguyen and  Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi. 

Of all those players, Men and Mizrachi lasted the longest against the formidable Bodog sponsored Bonomo, with "The Grinder" making it all the way into heads-up play and even holding the chip lead on more than one occasion, before finally bowing to Bonomo after nearly four hours of heads-up play, according to excellent live updates provided by PokerNews (

3rd.  Men "The Master" Nguyen- $91,937

5th.  Matt Graham- $56,059

7th. Jack Schanbacher- $35,878

8th.  Nashaat Antonias- $29,151

9th.  Evgeny Serebryakov- $24,666
