Phil Ivey Takes Down The LAPC
February 29, 2022
The eighth time was the charm for Phil Ivey as last night he won his first World Poker Tour title after seven previous final table appearances. Ivey took home $1,596,100 for first place. Last night's victory was made even more impressive given the stellar players standing in his way, like Quinn Do, Nam Le and of course Phil Hellmuth. The World Poker Tour L.A. Poker Classic is one of the premier events on the WPT calendar and it's prestige will only grow with the addition of Phil Ivey as its newest champion.

The payouts for the LAPC Final Table were as follows:

1st place Phil Ivey, $1,596,100
2nd place Quinn Do, $909,400
3rd place Charles Moore, $625,630
4th place Nam Le, $411,770
5th place Scott Montgomery $296,860
