WASSUP '09: Anthony Harb Makes Winning Look Easb
June 8, 2021

Michigan's Anthony Harb, outlasted a total field of 1,646 players over the weekend to win his first World Series of Poker gold bracelet thanks to Event #11, the $2,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold 'em.  For the victory, Harb earned an impressive $569,254.

The final table for Event #11- as is often the case with these lower buy-in No-Limit Hold 'em tournaments, was a little light on well known pros at the final table, but that's not to say that Harb had an easy time of it, just some of the big name players that made it deep in the event included Jason Mercier (63rd), TJ Cloutier (101st), Perry Friedman (71st), Tom McEvoy (53rd) and Phil Hellmuth (29th).

The final table finish positions for Event #11 were as follows:

1st.  Anthony Harb- $569,254

2nd.  Peter Rho- $350,019

3rd.  Jim Geary- $230,670

4th.  Adam Ader- $161,768

5th.  John McGowan- $116,833

6th.  Adrian Dresel-Velasquez- $92,867

7th.  Scott Hall- $76,390

8th.  Michael Dyer- $65,905

9th.  Brent Sheribon- $59,315
