There are a lot of fun things about playing in a Dream Team Poker Tournament.  Besides the cash (obviously), there's the excitement of competing against well known pros for a relatively low buy-in, the camaraderie that results from playing poker as part of a team and the pride that comes from representing that team in customized team jerseys that can say, "sure I'm out after donking off most of my chips in the first level, but hey see that guy at the final table, yeah he's with me."

The next Dream Team Poker event is looking like it's going  to be the best one yet.  Scheduled to run during this year's World Series of Poker Main Event at the Rio on July 12th, this $1,680 buy-in ($500 + $60 per player) tournament already has many top pros registered including Daniel Negreanu, David Williams, Justin Bonomo, Liz Liu, Jerry Yang, Gavin Smith, "The Bear" Barry Greenstein and boss PokerRoad Joe Sebok.

Although registration for this event will be available at the RIO's tournament registration room until noon on the twelve, the pre-registration deadline, the one that guarantees your team gets three free customized jerseys, is tomorrow July 1st.  Clearly, the most +EV move is to register now, while one can still get all the perks.
