Full TIlt Sued Over 80K
October 6, 2021

Lately it seems Full Tilt Poker has been dragged into court so much the judge should give them frequent player points.

Once again the folks behind online poker site Full Tilt Poker, including its well known team of pros, is being sued, this time for confiscating over $80,000 from two players the site claims violated there terms of service by using poker bots.

The players, Lary Kennedy and Greg Omotoy, have apparently already enlisted the help of notorious litigator Cyrus Sanai and are claiming fraud, false advertising, racketeering, unjust enrichment, libel and slander, according to a recent article from Pokerati.com.

Interestingly (and somewhat refreshingly) this case, which is already getting attention from mainstream sites like TMZ.com, is one of the first notable examples of an online poker site actually finding itself in legal trouble for trying to prevent cheating.
