Down To 30 At The LAPT Playa Conchal
November 20, 2021

After only 2 days of play at the PokerStars Latin American Poker Tour Playa Conchal, the field has already been reduced down to only 30 players.

Among those 30, a few well known pros still remain including Maria "maridu" Mayrinck and Alexandre Gomes, however, most saw their events come to an end, forcing them to wait till January's PokerStars Carribean Adventure for their next shot at an LAPT title.

Some of the players eliminated during Day 2 included Humberto Brenes, J.C. Alvarado, Andre Akkari and yesterday's Day 1 chip leader Rob Woodcock, who was remarkably taken out in the first two hours of play despite the dominant chip lead, according to excellent updates straight from the event provided by the PokerStars blog (www.pokerstarsblog.com).
