One Czech With Chips At EPT Prague
December 4, 2021

According to chip counts available from the PokerStars blog, there is now only one native Czech Republic player still in the field at the PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague main event.

Jan Skampa, currently third in chips, is Prague's last chance for hometown glory and despite there being only 24 players left in the field by the end of Day 3, Skampa still must contend with numerous tough players on Day 4 including Luca Pagano, Anthony Lellouche, Stefan Matsson and yesterday's chip leader Yann Brosolo, now slightly below average in chips after a difficult day.

With only 24 runners left, each player has made it fairly deep in the money and is guaranteed at least EUR15,500 for their trouble, though one would think with so few remaining none will be content with that amount, especially given the top prize is worth more than $1 million US.
