The Kentucky Derby Poker Championship: All-in For Climate Change
March 20, 2022
A new Pro-Celebrity Poker Charity Tournament is on the calendar for May 3rd and it's being supported by some of the biggest names in the poker world. Phil Hellmuth Jr. "The Poker Brat" himself will not only be co-hosting this historic event with poker gentlemen Robert Williamson III, but he will also be playing in the event while simultaneously emceeing it. Giving Mr. Hellmuth access to a microphone (especially while he's playing or being drawn out on) should virtually guarantee a loud night of entertainment and fun, despite the seriousness of the charities for which the event is being held.

The charities that will benefit from this $2,500+rebuys event, all represent groups that are striving to help those most affected by the global climate change brought about by global warming. The primary beneficiary charities are the International Red Cross/Red Crescent Climate Centre and the Health and Climate Foundation, with additional proceeds benefitting the Robby Albarado Foundation.

The Kentucky Derby Poker Championship: All-In For Climate Change, will take place directly after the 134th running of the Kentucky Derby on May 3rd, 2008. The event is being held at Caesars Indiana and is currently accepting preregistrations.
