PokerStars, the world’s largest online poker room, has announced the creation of a new high-stakes cash game poker show in the vein of the cash episodes of Full Tilt’s popular Poker After Dark on NBC, but with an interesting twist, on the PokerStars version one lucky non-pro player will have the opportunity to square off as well.

This new PokerStars show, entitled The Big Game, will feature such legendary players as Daniel Negreanu, and is set to air on Fox with a minimum buy-in of $100,000 for everyone except the one designated “Loose Cannon” at the table- a PokerStars player that will have their buy-in covered by PokerStars after winning their way into the event via a free online qualifier, and an audition video explaining why they deserve to play.
