Most longtime poker fans would agree that there is a strong, observable connection, between high stakes poker and golf, and tonight on Golf In America, that relationship became even more apparent with the help of some of the best in the game.

This week’s Golf In America, The Golf Channel’s hit show hosted by Anthony Anderson, talks gambling on the golf course and the story of legendary Las Vegas hustler Bill Walters, and no surprise when the discussion turned to how big betting can often get, the show inevitably focused on many highly familiar faces in the poker world. 

Mike Sexton, Doyle Brunson and Dewey Tomko, were just some of the well known pros interviewed for the engaging story, and even for diehard poker followers there were some interesting new insights about gambling, golf, and the history of both in Las Vegas, that make the short piece well worth a watch.
