PokerStars Italian Poker Tour Venice Wraps
August 3, 2021
The most recent Venice stop on the PokerStars Italian Poker Tour (IPT), saw 505 mostly local players bested by one Hungarian, who already has posted results on the Asia Pacific Poker Tour, the North American Poker Tour, the European Poker Tour and the World Series of Poker.

Budapest’s Tamas Lendvai, officially won the €2,200 buy-in Italian main event, after eliminating his final opponent, Davide Cerrato, heads-up when his King-Ten offsuit outdrew Cerrato’s Ace-Five.  The final disappointing hand left Cerrato to claim the €147,000 runner-up cash leaving a top prize of €235,000- or about $310,000 USD- to Lendvai, a total that more than doubled his lifetime tournament winnings thus far.
