Final Table Set At Merit Cyprus High Roller
August 19, 2021
The 2010 Full Tilt Poker Merit Cyprus Classic “High Roller event,” after two tough days of play, is down to a single table, with nine players still not in the money but very close to a top prize of $392,850.

This $25,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold ‘em tournament attracted a total field of only 36 players, however many of those players were well known, feared pros, creating an event worthy of bragging about for the nine men who can now say they at least made it this far.

Just some of the top pros that competed in this event- before eventually being sent away for no longer having any chips- include Phil Ivey, Sorel Mizzi, Hasan Habib, Chino Rheem and Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi.

The chip leader of the final table, according to excellent live updates from PokerNews, is lesser known Perica Bukara, with nearly a million in chips, but his slightly less recognizable face is actually more of an exception than a rule at a final table that can still boast such poker celebrities as David Benyamine, Carter Phillips, Andrew Feldman, Jon “PearlJammer” Turner and 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event November Niner, John Dolan- who currently sits third in chips.

The chip counts for the final nine of the Full Tilt Poker Merit Cyprus “High Roller” are as follows:

Perica Bukara- 951,700

Ori Miller- 546,000

John Dolan- 455,500

Carter Phillips- 401,600

David Benyamine- 400,300

Andrew Feldman- 356,000

Jon Turner- 197,700

Sam Trickett- 188,200

Ziv Caspi- 103,500
