Full Tilt Poker Merit Cyprus Classic Down To Final Table
August 24, 2021
The 181 players that entered Full Tilt Poker’s Merit Cyprus Classic have been whittled down to a six-person final table, each now within striking distance of a top prize of $415,780.

The original total field of this $5,000 + $400 buy-in- with one optional rebuy- event, consisted of an impressive international group of players including such notables as Kelly Kim, Sorel Mizzi, Antonio Esfandiari, Chip Jett, John Racener, Michael "The Grinder"Mizrachi and David Benyamine, but is now down to only a half dozen, perhaps most notably featuring Full Tilt Poker’s Van Marcus, currently second in chips behind only Zsolt Vasvenszki.

Victoria's Van Marcus, has significant tournament cashes in Canada, Macau, the United States and of course Australia, and could potentially push his total lifetime winnings to nearly $1.5 million with a victory tomorrow in Cyprus.

The final six players- and their chip stacks- of the Full Tilt Poker Merit Cyprus Classic are as follows:

Zsolt Vasvenszki- 1,885,000

Van Marcus- 1,436,000

Mathieu Clavet- 940,000

Andreas Krause- 849,000

Ahmet Ucall- 420,000

Hakan Dalokay- 266,000
