EPT London: We’re In The Money
October 2, 2021
Less than 130 players now remain after Day 2 of the PokerStars European Poker Tour London main event, with each one now in the money and potentially just days away from a top prize worth £900,000, as well as the title of champion, over the largest poker tournament ever held on English soil.

Among those dozen or so tables still in contention sit plenty of interesting players to watch including Daniel Negreanu, Allen “Chainsaw” Kessler, Jeff Sarwer, Eric Baldwin, Joe Hachem, John Juanda and Phil Ivey, though none comes close to the chip leader David Vamplew, who by the end of Day 2’s play had amassed over 1.1 million in tournament checks.

Players eliminated during the day included PokerRoad’s Barry Greenstein, Will Failla, Sam Stein, Scott Fischman, Annette Obrestad, Freddy Deeb and about 385 others.
