EPT London: Final Table Set
October 4, 2021
The PokerStars European Poker Tour London main event, made it all the way down to the final table yesterday, now just eight players away from discovering who will be the winner of the largest poker tournament ever held in England.

The eight players that still have chips, out of the starting field of 848, represent 6 different countries and various diverse backgrounds, with more than a few familiar faces to the poker community still in the hunt.

The most known of those is with little doubt, John Juanda, who has had quite a bit of success in London before, winning the World Series of Poker Europe main event in 2008.  Along with that title, Juanda also has three other WSOP bracelets, over $10 million in tournament cashes, and serious momentum, having just won a major Asian Poker Tour “High Roller” title in the Philippines last month.

Other notable names at the final table include multiple PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) winner Kyle “kwob20” Bowker; World Poker Tour final tablist Per Ummer; and Tom Marchese, a force both online and live currently in second place in CardPlayer’s 2010 Player of the Year race.

The chip counts going into the 2010 PokerStars European Poker Tour final table are as follows:

Kyle Bowker- 7,165,000

John Juanda- 7,075,000

David Vamplew- 3,670,000

Artur Wasek- 2,250,000

Tom Marchese- 1,480,000

Kayvan Payman- 1,295,000

Per Ummer- 1,245,000

Fernando Brito- 1,100,000
