PokerStars Releases Richest PCA Schedule Yet
October 6, 2021
The full schedule for the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, an event that has slowly become one of the most important tournament stops of the year, has just been released by PokerStars, and the January 2011 itinerary, seems to feature more opportunities for big money than ever before.

Prominently featured on next year’s 50-plus tournament schedule are nine events with at least $5,000 buy-ins, including the prestigious $10,300 Main Event, a $25,500 No-Limit Hold ‘em High Roller event, and an unheard of $100,500 Super High Roller tournament, basically set to kick off the proceedings on January 6th.

Last year’s PCA main event attracted an impressive 1,529 players and awarded a top prize of $2.2 million to Harrison Gimbel, after he beat out a final table that held among others Barry Shulman and Ryan D’Angelo.  As a result of the win, Gimble was able to add his name to a distinguished list of past PCA champions which includes Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier, Poorya Nazari and Gus Hansen.

The 2011 PCA, an official stop on the European Poker Tour, the Latin American Poker Tour and the North American Poker Tour, is set to  begin the first week of January and run till the 16th.  Satellites for all the events will be available at the Atlantis Resort and Casino- the home of the PCA- and online at PokerStars.com.  For more information check out the PokerStars blog.
